Entry Period: Begins 12:00 AM MT on Saturday, September 12, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM MT on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Outdoor Collective, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit the entry page and submit the form with your full name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by any automated means, and entries submitted after the Entry Period closes, will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prizes: Two (2) prizes will be awarded. One (1) winner will receive a CU Boulder Puffy Jacket (ARV: $150). One (1) winner will receive a $250 Spyder gift card (ARV: $250). Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $400. Limit one (1) prize per person, per household. The gift card is subject to its own terms and conditions. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Jacket size is subject to availability; Sponsor will work with the winner on sizing. All costs and expenses not expressly listed as part of a prize are the winner's sole responsibility.
Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The first entry drawn will receive the CU Boulder Puffy Jacket; the second entry drawn will receive the $250 Spyder gift card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond within five (5) days of the date of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize, and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. By entering, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the email address provided will be added to Sponsor's marketing email list and that entrant will receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in any such email; unsubscribing will not affect an entrant's eligibility for this promotion or chances of winning.
General Conditions: All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of any telephone line, computer system, software, or network, or unavailability of or interruptions to any website, that may limit a person's ability to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner, and to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Outdoor Collective, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.
Disputes and Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
